Toohey Associates is a participant in a scheme approved under the Professional Standards Legislation.
Under that scheme, liability for professional services provided by Toohey Associates is limited in accordance with the terms of the applicable Professional Standards Scheme.
The scheme does not apply to:

- Liability arising from a breach of trust
